This Cilo Gear® mountaineering pack went on so many adventures the lumbar pad cover wore right out. The owner needed the pack for an expedition along the Lost Coast, and we were able to get it done.

this hard to reach patch made a virtually useless pack fully functional again.

The inner tricot lining of this Ski Patrol jacket was getting worn through because of where the patrollers pack hip belt sat. By cleaning up the worn layer and applying three layer seam tape, we were able to prevent any damage to the Gore-Tex® membrane, and add some life and comfort for our Patroller friends at Alyeska Resort.

One of our local CNFAIC Avalanche Forcasters tore the calf of thier Arc'Teryx® field uniform pants. A little frankenstein stitching holds the edges together, while 3 layer seam tape on the back returns the performance to new.

This shell has welded seam construction around the pocket zippers that was failing. we re-welded the fabric to the zipper, providing virtually factory new appearance and performance.

These puffy ski pants just needed a little patch to last through the season before the owner outgrew them. Our durable patch was sewn on and should provide years of use when they are handed down.

The Velcro® cuffs of this jacket failed within one season of use. We replaced the loop side of the Velcro® while maintaining the waterproofness of the cuffs

We were able to source matching fabric from the manufacturer to patch a hole in the elbow of the Gore-Tex® jacket. Fully seam taped.

This both repaired the problem (zipper catching on zipper flap, and will prevent it in the future.
