Pick up and Drop off Locations

We have partnered with two great local shops to provide convenient locations for your drop off and return of repaired items. You can print our repair form here, and bring it in with your repair to the location nearest you. Once we do our weekly pick up and drop off, we contact you directly with a quote and time frame for your repair. Once complete, you'll be emailed an invoice for repairs and can pay securely online prior to picking your repair up.

In order to maximize our time repairing your gear, we operate our shop hours Sunday and Monday from noon to 16:00 and any other day by appointment only. If you want to come by the shop to discuss your repair, please email infor@thefixedline.com or call (907) 201-1669 to schedule a time to come by.

Anchorage drop offs

The Hoarding Marmot is Alaska’s used gear consignment shop. We are pleased to partner with the Hoarding Marmot as our Anchorage drop off location. We currently do pickups and drop offs every 2 to 3 days. 

Girdwood drop offs

The Powder Hound Ski Shop in Girdwood is the convenient location for Girdwood locals and frequent visitors to drop your gear for repair. Because we are Anchorage based, we get gear from the Powder Hound only when either you or them notify us of a Girdwood based drop off.
